The most amazing thing your established weight loss exercise program will do for you is support more lean muscle so you appear skinnier and healthier than you may actually be. If you can schedule in at least a few good strength training sessions each week, you will see improvements in how your body is shaped and how your clothes look even if the scale isn't registering a huge loss every week. A well toned, lean body is always more attractive than one layered in flab.
